Liechtenstein has not had a casino since 1846 – a fact that is set to change on 9th August. On Wednesday, the Novomatic subsidiary Casino Admiral is opening a casino in Ruggell.
An appropriate licence was issued on Monday by the Office of Economic Affairs following several years of planning and implementation, as the operators announced across their social media channels.
According to a report on the Austrian TV channel ORF, the new casino will create 50 new jobs in Ruggell. It is located in the Kokon Center, and has five live game tables and more than 100 games machines with a variety of jackpot systems, reported Radio L.
