- Barcodes will be active and available for download 48 hours prior to kick-off. Please download your ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay App before arriving at the stadium. Tickets will be 100% digital and screenshots of barcodes will not be accepted as entry.
Where can I find my tickets?
- Your tickets will be accessible for download from your Account Manager, under “Access My Tickets” on the official Phoenix Rising FC app or on your smartphone through the Account Manager on your web browser. If going through a web browser please change your screen view to “mobile version” to access your ticket barcodes.
What do I need to do before the game?
- If you are feeling any COVID-19 symptoms prior to attending the match, please contact Sales@phxrisingfc.com or 623-594-9606 to exchange your tickets for 2021 Renewal credit.
Will I be required to wear a mask?
- Yes, fans and staff ARE REQUIRED to wear a self-provided cloth mask, medical mask, or face covering that securely covers their mouth and noseon all stadium property at all times. This includes Casino Arizona Field parking lots.
- Masks may be taken down when actively eating or drinking in your assigned seat only, public seating will not be available in the concourse areas.
Will parking be the same?
- Parking lots will open 2 hours prior to kick off.
- Each parking space will be distanced over 6 feet from the next available space.
- No parking passes or money will be required for general parking.
- Members with VIP Parking will be sent a VIP parking pass per game to be shown to the parking attendant through your window upon entry.
- There will be no tailgating or loitering permitted.
Can I bring a bag?
- For the resumption of play at Casino Arizona Stadium, therewill be a NO BAG policy, exception being a diaperbag,or a bag needed for medical reasons. This is to ensure a contactless experience for all fans and staff.
How will my ticket be scanned?
- All fans entering Casino Arizona Field will go through a security checkpoint prior to entrance. Entry line barricades will be socially distanced, and markers will be in place for fans to adhere to effective social distancing.
- All Tickets will be digitally scanned via the PHX Rising FC Mobile APP, tickets saved to your “Wallet” or by accessing Phoenix Rising Account Manager online. Please note there is no public Wifi at Casino Arizona Field so please download prior to your arrival. Screenshots of tickets will not be accepted.
- All tickets are to only be utilized by that specific Season Ticket Member. There will be no TRANSFERS or RESALE of tickets. Any member’s violation of this policy will be subject to cancellation without a refund.
Will I have a specific gate or time to enter?
- All gates will open 90 minutes prior to kick off
- Please allow yourself an additional 30 minutes upon entry to ensure proper social distancing at the entry gates.
- North East Main Entrance Tent: this will serve as the entry point for all fans sitting in the East Sections 108-114.
- North West Entrance Tent (currently labeled groups and season ticket members): this will serve as the entry point for all fans sitting in West Sections 101-107 as well as fans with a Supporters Section ticket.
- VIP Entrance East of North Main Entrance Tent: this will serve as the entry point for all premium guests including suites and field seats.
Will there be food and beverage options?
- Yes, we will have limited food vendors and bars open. We ask that you take your food and drink to your seat as the picnic tables will be closed. Please remember the mask is mandatory at all times other than actively eating and drinking in your seat.
- Space markers are placed throughout the concourse to encourage proper distancing for guests waiting in lines at concessions and merchandise shops.
Can I pay with Cash?
- Yes, however the preferred method of payment is by debit/credit card. When paying with cash we ask that you make an effort to pay with the exact amount of your intended total.
How will I get my wristband if I am a premium member?
- We will have a tent and table set up near the VIP entrance where you will be able to show your ticket to a member of our staff to receive your wristband. You will then be given a wristband to put on your own wrist.
What do I do when the game is over?
- Please listen for your section to be called before leaving your seat to exit. Announcements will be made over the loud speakers and will follow a similar protocol to an airplane with the sections closest to the exit leaving first.
- If you are sitting in Sections 108-114 or on the field please remain in your seats until the field is clear of player personnel and a staff member has indicated that it is safe to exit your seating section.
Restrooms
- All restrooms will have spaces in between and distance markers on the ground for proper distancing indicators
- All restroom areas will have hand wash stations and each restroom will have their own hand sanitizer inside as well

USL Championship club Phoenix Rising has detailed plans to develop a new stadium in the Gila River Indian Community area.
Phoenix Rising, Arizona’s highest-ranked association football team, currently plays its home matches at south Scottsdale’s Casino Arizona Field, which has a capacity of 6,200.
The move to the new stadium will increase the club’s seating capacity by more than 35 per cent and also enable future expansion.

The move will also improve VIP luxury suites, as well as speed entry and exit from the stadium complex. Phoenix Rising will also relocate its training facilities to the Gila River Indian Community.
Other additions will include an enhanced video board, a larger press box, improved sound and a new family-friendly general admission section. The plans also include a permanent ticket office, new locker rooms and an on-site administrative office.
Phoenix Rising governor Berke Bakay said: “Since the launch of Phoenix Rising FC in 2016, fan support has been consistently increasing. Prior to COVID-19, 23 consecutive matches at Casino Arizona Field were sold out due to our amazing supporters. This move will immediately increase stadium seating by more than 35 per cent and also provide room for future expansion.”
Stephen Lewis, Gila River Indian Community governor, added: “The Gila River Indian Community has a history of successful partnerships with many professional and collegiate sports teams in the Valley. We are very much looking forward to having Phoenix Rising be the first to play its games within our community.”

The new stadium site will be located south of Gila River Hotels & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass near the junction of I-10 and 202 south freeways. The complex will feature multiple paved roads for quick entry and exit, a paved VIP parking lot and permanent toilet facilities for fans.

The new training facility and stadium are slated for completion before the start of the 2021 USL Championship season, which is set to begin on May 1. The club spent four years discussing possible stadium locations before selecting Wild Horse Pass.
